Act
as liaison among conference
organizers, authors, IEEE entities,
conference site, and others as appropriate.

Provide
a tracking method to monitor
preregistration of manuscript presenter.

|
|
Automate
collection of metadata from authors.
|
|
|
Arrange
and coordinate delivery of products to
the conference site and other
locations including individual mailings.
|
|
|
Collect
and log IEEE Copyright forms.
|
|
|
Provide
a post-conference consultation to review
what went well and how improvements
could be implemented for future conferences.
