Any materials being shipped to the Hotel MUST be marked as follows:

All boxes marked "IEEE" will be delivered to the Volunteer Resource Center.  Boxes not marked with "IEEE" will be held in the guest services, and a message will be left in your guest room.

The Hyatt Regency Century Plaza will not accept packages more than three days prior to your arrival date and all packages must be removed within two days upon conclusion of the program. The Hotel must be provided with a detailed list of all shipment invoices with tracking numbers.

Outgoing Shipments/Packages:
All shipments must have a complete shipping request form attached to the package.
