Wireless/Wired Infrastructure Access

 Where is wireless access available in the hotel?

• Wireless Internet Access is available in all meeting rooms assigned to the IEEE.
• Wired Internet Access, provided by the hotel, is available in hotel guest rooms at US$4.00 per day which will be included in your room rate.
  
  

What is required for access?

• Users must use their IEEE Staff or IEEE Member/Volunteers login credentials
• You must have an IEEE 802.11b/g compatible wireless card along with the proper drivers.
• Software must be pre-installed on your laptop prior to your arrival in New Brunswick.
  

What do I need to know?

• IEEE cannot guarantee the security or privacy of the computing systems connected to this service.
• IEEE accepts no responsibility or liability for any consequences resulting from use of this Wireless access, including, but not limited to the use of e-mail, web browsing, FTP and VPN access.
• Those who use Wireless Internet access do so at their own risk and bear full responsibility for their computer systems.
