The information below is being provided in response to frequent requests for teleconference referrals. Please refer to the Service Provider contact information below to make teleconferencing arrangements or to request additional information. We hope that this information is helpful to you in selecting a service provider.

Getting Started

 Teleconference

  1. Contact any of the service providers listed below.
  2. Inform them that you would like to establish a new IEEE account
    (If contacting Premiere Global Services, please be sure to mention that you were referred by IEEE Meeting & Conference Management).
  3. Provide a valid IEEE account number, P-Card or credit card for billing purposes.

While Meeting & Conference Management will not handle teleconference setup and scheduling, the group is responsible for managing vendor agreements and relations, so please be sure to contact us with any service-related issues.
