group forms, they need the
infrastructure so they can concentrate

administrative work. IEEE-SA

ranging from web-page hosting to
balloting

foundation and administration of IP
rules, including an
attorney on staff
- Editing to ensure
standards are consistent with
accepted writing
practices
- Clear paths to
internationalization and marketing
assistance

membership, who
participate in the standards
