Please be aware that a conference fee of $US.32 per minute per connection applies. Audio charges for phone audio via teleconference billed separately. Additionally, a fee of $US75.00 per hour is charged for reliance on IEEE Web Conferencing for consultation or support++. This form must originate from an individual who is authorized to approve these charges or can be accompanied by an approving e-mail to: web-conf@ieee.org
If you are a volunteer and are utilizing this service, you must get an account number and approval from your treasurer and or someone who has signning authority within your group.
Account Numbers and approvals are required before access information can be issued.
