You will be provided with necessary access information, system requirements and other instructions for distribution to your meeting hosts and participants. 3. What's One-Way Broadcasting?
One-Way Broadcasting is a Voice Over the Internet [VoIP} option that allows presenters to deliver a talk an audience who views the presenation online while listening to the presentation over their computer speakers. In most cases, participants also submit questions and comments online. Presenters are encouraged to rely on a broadband, wired connection. Ask your Web Conference Specialist or online meeting administrator about specific system requirements.

An IEEE web account is typically NOT required. Certain exceptions may occur depending on the requirements and preferences of the individual or group requesting a conference.
