Verizon Air Card Conflict

Verizon Air Card May Conflict with Latest Release of Live Meeting

When logged into a Live Meeting, you may periodically be prompted to accept a Live Meeting update..

If you accept the update, AND you also have Verizon air card software installed, your Live Meeting windows or controls may lock.

If you experience this behavior, please contact IEEE Web Conferencing support for assistance: web-conf@ieee.org Include a cc: to help-desk@ieee.org.

You may also chose not to accept the Live Meeting update, in which case your Live Meeting session should perform as expected.

Notice applies to air card users only. Non-VZ aircard users may accept update prompt without concern about performance issues.
