IEEE Electron Devices Society Membership

IEEE Electron Devices Society Membership

The field of interest for EDS is all aspects of engineering, physics, theory, experiment and simulation of electron and ion devices involving insulators, metals, organic materials, plasmas, semiconductors, quantum-effect materials, vacuum, and emerging materials. Device applications comprise bioelectronics, biomedical, computation, communications, displays, electro- and micro-mechanics, imaging, micro-actuators, optical, photovoltaics, power, sensors and signal processing. Member benefits include free online access to several publications and very low rates for many journals and conferences.

IEEE Societies provide access to current information, opportunities to network with peers, and enhancement of the worldwide value of your profession. IEEE members receive special prices for Society memberships. If you are not an IEEE member, you may wish to join as an Affiliate at the non-IEEE member price noted at right.

All IEEE society members get a free individual subscription to IEEE DataPort.
