  • The Fellow Portal - Electronic Fellow Nomination System is now closed for the IEEE Fellow Class of 2025.
  • The Society/Council Fellow Evaluating Committee (S/C-FEC) evaluation period is currently in progress. For Societies and Councils that are part of a Cohort Fellow Evaluating Committee (CFEC), the S/C-FEC evaluations are due in the Fellow Portal on 30 March 2024. The CFEC period will begin on or about 07 April 2024. All evaluations from S/C-FECs and CFECs are due in the Fellow Portal on 21 May 2024.

Please note:

If there is a discrepancy about the Fellow nomination deadline found through an online search, or on a Society or Council website, the most accurate deadline information is located on the Fellows website and in the Fellow Committee Operations Manual.

Note: If a member is “active,” a Fellow or Life Fellow, and they want their name to appear in the Fellow Directory, they must have “opted in” when they renewed. If unsure, the member can update his/her profile by going to https://www.ieee.org/membership/renew.html, scrolling down to “Additional Resources,” and clicking on “update your member profile."
