Car Service Providers
IEEE Meetings, Conferences, & Events (MCE) has established preferred partnerships with several limousine providers offering value-added benefits to IEEE staff and volunteers, maximizing service quality while consolidating expenditures through volume point discounts to the organization.
Negotiated car service rates may include fuel surcharges and driver gratuity. Your final receipt will include parking, tolls, wait time, or stop time if your driver made additional stops on your behalf.

Making a reservation
Reservations can be made by one of the following methods:
- Direct with the provider utilizing their online booking tool or by calling directly
- Through IEEE’s preferred travel agency, World Travel Inc.
The individual traveler is responsible for payment and obtaining a receipt.
Tax exemption status
IEEE is exempt from sales tax in the state of New Jersey and preferred suppliers have been provided with IEEE's exemption certificate. Please be sure to check your receipts to ensure your ride has not been charged sales tax. Sales tax should not be charged to your ride (point-to-point ride within NJ) regardless of your payment method (company credit card/personal credit card).

Provider services
Airport services
IEEE's preferred suppliers provide you with executive sedan service for transportation to and from the airport for business or leisure travel. Service airports include but are not limited to EWR, JFK, and LGA, as well as all local train stations.
Point-to-point service
Single-stop trips are made easy and convenient. The providers can drop you off and pick you up later on.
Group transfers
Suppliers can provide you with vehicles both small and large based on your needs from SUVs, including 11–15 passenger vans, as well as full motor coaches. For rate quotes, please contact the vendor directly. Be sure to have ready your desired pick-up and return time as well as pick-up and drop-off location.
