All nomination, reference and endorsement forms must be submitted to the IEEE Fellow Committee by the 01 March 2013 deadline.
The IEEE Fellow Nomination will only be accepted by using the online application. The below forms are for informational purposes only.

Call for Nominations for the Class of 2013
Nominations for the IEEE Fellows Class of 2013 are now being accepted. Nominate a colleague, co-worker or friend whose career and body of work you consider eligible for elevation to the IEEE Fellow Grade. Apply only online. Deadline date is 01 March 2012.
Judea Pearl, a UCLA computer science professor and a Life Fellow, has been awarded the 2011 Harvey Prize by the Technion Israel Institute of Technology
Prof. Pearl’s theories for inference under uncertainty, and most notably the Bayesian network approach, have profoundly influenced diverse fields such as artificial intelligence, statistics, philosophy, health, economics, social sciences, and cognitive sciences. The award is in recognition of his foundational work that has touched a multitude of spheres of modern life. He will be honored at a ceremony in March.
