Senior Member Plaque Status Page

On this page, you will find the status of Senior member plaque shipments. To find the status of your plaque, find the date of the Senior member meeting you were approved at. To the right of that date, look under either Domestic (US) or International to see the current status. Plaques are mailed to the Primary Address listed on your IEEE profile. A summary of the different statuses can be found below the chart.

Plaque Creation Pending: Your Senior member plaque is awaiting creation.

 

Plaque Creation in Progress: Your Senior member plaque is currently being created by our vendor. No changes to the engraving can be made.

 

Plaque Preparing for Shipment: Your Senior member plaque is currently being prepared for shipment. It has not yet shipped but will be shipping soon.

 

Plaque Shipped - Arrival by (Date): Your Senior member plaque has shipped. Please allow up to the date stated to receive the plaque in the mail.  

 

***Please note, international shipping and customs delays may cause a delay in delivery of your Senior member plaque.  Please allow up to the date stated prior to contacting the IEEE Senior Member Team if you do not receive your Senior member plaque.***    

 

Mailing Complete: Your plaque delivery window has passed. Domestic shipments should contact their local Post Office to see if the plaque is being held for pick up. International shipments should first contact their local customs to see if the plaque is being held at customs. If your plaque is not being held, please contact Senior-Member@ieee.org.
