The IEEE Resource Centers consolidate valuable content from IEEE Societies and Technical Communities and make that content easily accessible to the global technical community. IEEE Resource Centers are user-friendly e-commerce sites that offer immediate access to thousands of valuable technical education videos and PDFs. As of 30 June 2018, the IEEE Resource Centers provide access to over 3,400 technical videos and documents including many tutorials and webinars that offer educational credits (CEUs and PDHs). Background of the IEEE Resource Centers

IEEE Societies and Technical Communities generate a large amount of valuable technical IP each year beyond the traditional articles and papers that are published in IEEE Xplore®.  These non-traditional materials include the following and more:

• conference presentation videos

• conference presentation slides

• tutorials

• webinars

• short courses

• keynote presentations

• technical panel sessions

• interviews

• Distinguished Lectures

These materials have proven to be extremely high value. Prior to the establishment of the IEEE Resource Centers, many IEEE members, industry experts, and the global technical community at large did not have easy access to this valuable technical content. Now all of this valuable content is accessible to everyone through the IEEE Resource Centers. Click on one or more of the URLs below to see the content available.

Purpose of the IEEE Resource Centers

IEEE Resource Centers serve the following needs:

• Store and distribute valuable IEEE Society and Technical Community content

• Consolidate and make non-traditional content available thereby complementing IEEE Xplore, which holds the traditional content

• Enable access to content through an easy-to-use global portal

• Enable IEEE Society members to secure content at little or no cost and enable non-Society members to secure valuable content at low cost

• Provide opportunities for the global technical community to earn CEUs and PDHs

• Increase the value of Society membership and encourage membership in IEEE Societies and in IEEE
